LCAR Event Hall Deposit Rates

Due at the time of reservation

Rental Deposit for LCAR Members: $175.00 deposit will be collected per day for all LCAR member facility rentals.

Rental Deposit for Non-Member(s): $400.00 deposit will be collected per day for all non-member facility rentals.

(Non-Member(s) is anyone who is not an LCAR REALTOR Member or Affiliate Member)

All non-member facility rentals will also require a valid government issued ID and a valid credit card.

Deposit Refund Policy

The deposit will be refunded if there are no damages to the facility and its contents including, tables, chairs, appliances, or other fixtures. The facility restrooms and kitchen must be left clean, including sweeping and mopping the floors. All trash is removed to the outside dumpster. The table and chair arrangement is put back in its original order, and all audio/visual equipment is undamaged.
